Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred
  • minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume fine dining kitchens
  • proven experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • thorough knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively
  • capacity to work under high-pressure conditions and meet deadlines

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ high-volume cooking experience with extensive knowledge in fine dining
  • at least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Chef for a hotel or fine dining restaurant
  • strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills involved in culinary training
  • leader, trainer and motivator of staff
  • culinary arts expertise including menu creation, food preparation, and presentation skills
  • experience in staff management including training, scheduling, and team leadership
  • strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health compliance standards
  • proficiency in inventory management, cost control, and vendor relations
  • creative culinary approach aligned with premium and elevated dining concepts
  • exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • a degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations including menu planning and food preparation
  • manage and train kitchen staff
  • maintain compliance with health and safety standards
  • ensure consistent food quality and presentation
  • manage inventory control and cost management
  • collaborate with hotel management to align culinary offerings with brand vision
  • develop innovative and elevated dining concepts
