This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Executive Chef based in Jackson, MS. The Executive Chef will play a critical role in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring that the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently met. This leadership role requires a seasoned culinary professional to lead and inspire the kitchen team, develop innovative and appealing menus, and manage inventory and food costs effectively. Job Requirements
- Culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and plating techniques
- Experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
- Ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain supplier relationships
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus
