The role of Executive Chef for the new, full-scale restaurant inside WME's flagship office represents a rare and exciting opportunity to join Wolfgang Puck Catering. The Executive Chef will lead all culinary operations including the private restaurant, bar menu, happy-hour service, coffee and barista programs, grab-and-go offerings, and pantry services across the campus. Job Duties
- Lead all culinary operations for the private restaurant, bar menu, happy-hour service, coffee and barista program, grab-and-go offerings, and campus pantry services

- recruit, onboard, train, and develop culinary teams, fostering a respectful, inclusive, and disciplined kitchen environment
- design menus and culinary programs that balance creativity, seasonality, efficiency, and guest expectations
- partner cross-functionally with operations and hospitality leadership to align service flow, pacing, and guest experience
- oversee food quality, execution standards, and presentation across all service platforms
- manage food costs, labor planning, ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure fiscal responsibility
- lead tastings, menu rollouts, and new program launches with confidence and clarity
- ensure consistent execution of coffee, express, and pantry offerings with a focus on speed, freshness, and quality
- maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, HACCP, health department, and internal standards
- support VIP activations, happy hours, and special events, adapting menus and production to evolving needs
