We are excited to invite an Executive Chef to join our outstanding team, someone who shares our passion for elevated, made-from-scratch food and an upscale casual dining experience. This full-time leadership role is designed for a culinary professional who is motivated and eager to lead our kitchen team with creativity, precision, and passion. You will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring our kitchen staff, ensuring that every dish served meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and safety. The Executive Chef will work closely with the team to develop seasonal menus that delight our guests and keep them returning for more. Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of executive chef or kitchen manager experience in an upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of 5 million dollars or more
  • Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front-of-house guest experience
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe certification
  • Allergy certification

Job Qualifications
