Job Duties
- Work the kitchen line and lead by example to encourage staff development
- Promote and maintain a positive experience for staff and guests to achieve P&L objectives
- Oversee all kitchen operations including problem resolution and effective communication
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Home Office leaders to maximize kitchen efficiency
- Ensure quality control, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage labor costs, budgets, and forecasting to meet financial targets
- Build and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source fresh quality products
