Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Jackson, MS

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary expertise in menu development, food preparation, and plating techniques
  • Experience in kitchen management, team leadership, and staff training
  • Ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain supplier relationships
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation practices
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative team environment
  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen preferred
  • Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Lead the kitchen staff, including training and mentoring team members
