This opportunity is for a full-time, on-site Executive Chef position based at The Manship Wood Fired Kitchen in Jackson, MS. As the Executive Chef, you will be at the helm of the kitchen operations, leading a skilled team of culinary professionals while ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of food preparation, maintaining consistent quality and presentation, and driving innovation through the development of creative menus that highlight the restaurant's wood-fired specialty and Mediterranean-Southern fusion cuisine. Job Requirements

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume kitchen operations
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and develop kitchen staff
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Availability to work full-time on-site in Jackson, MS
