Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or culinary degree preferred
- minimum three years of culinary management experience
- experience in high volume food production
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to manage budgets and control costs
- strong communication and organizational skills
- willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

Job Duties
- Manage all culinary functions for a dining account
- lead and supervise culinary team associates
- ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- plan and create menus
- control costs and manage expenditures
- purchase and manage inventory
- implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
