Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or culinary degree preferred
  • minimum three years of culinary management experience
  • experience in high volume food production
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to manage budgets and control costs
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours and weekends

  • three to five years of culinary management experience
  • experience in business and industry or corporate dining
  • high volume production and catering experience
  • experience managing cost controls
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • desire to learn and grow with the company

Job Duties

  • Manage all culinary functions for a dining account
  • lead and supervise culinary team associates
  • ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • plan and create menus
  • control costs and manage expenditures
  • purchase and manage inventory
  • implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams
