Job Requirements

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet time deadlines during peak periods
  • Compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures
  • Proper dress code adherence
  • Effective communication skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant experience
  • SERV Safe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Experience in food safety management

Job Qualifications

  • Passion for customer service

  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • SERV Safe certified or ability to become SERV Safe certified
  • Graduate of an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • Experience operating a successful restaurant or corporate dining facility

Job Duties

  • Monitor kitchen organization and cleanliness to provide a safe environment for employees and guests
  • Ensure workplace safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
  • Adhere to food safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
  • Follow menu guidelines, policies, and SOPs
  • Label products accurately according to labeling SOP
  • Comply with all HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs
  • Maintain consistent passing score on internal audits each quarter
