The Executive Chef role at Acts is a full-time position designed for an experienced culinary leader passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences across multiple venues within the community. The Executive Chef will oversee the food production staff, manage daily culinary operations, and ensure high standards for food quality and safety. Candidates will be responsible for creating innovative menus that cater to a diverse senior population, maintaining budgetary compliance, and enforcing all food safety regulations at federal, state, and local levels. This role involves recruiting, training, and retaining skilled culinary team members, as well as conducting regular production meetings to promote employee engagement and high productivity. Acts offers a competitive salary range from $81,689 to $99,985 per year, commensurate with experience and skills. Job Requirements

  • Degree in culinary arts preferred
  • Minimum of ten years’ experience in related culinary environments
  • Knowledge of the food industry and trends
  • In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple venues and teams
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple food service venues and food production staff
