We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. This role offers a salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually and provides a unique opportunity to lead food and beverage operations within our hotels. The Executive Chef will be responsible for managing various F&B sub-departments, including banquet services, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as local, state, and federal laws. The position requires meticulous attention to food safety, team member safety, and cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment. The Executive Chef will also oversee inventory management, ordering, receiving, and properly organizing food products and supplies.
In this role, the Executive Chef will ensure the kitchen is appropriately staffed and maintained daily, uphold operational standards, and guarantee that all food products are prepared in accordance with brand or company guidelines. This leadership position demands strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate effectively in English, and the capacity to create and nurture a positive work environment under high-pressure conditions. Additionally, the role involves physical demands such as standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods.

Job Duties
- Prepare, assign and delegate responsibilities for the operation of the various F & B sub departments, IE: Banquets
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to F & B, as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations
- Ensure safety of team members and cleanliness of facility and equipment
- Monitor inventory of food, beverages and supplies to ensure we are meeting par requirements in all areas
- Assist in conducting monthly inventories
- Keep store rooms and refrigerator and freezer organized
- Assist in ordering and receiving necessary food products, beverages and supplies
- Ensure daily that the kitchen is staffed appropriately, the kitchen is clean, inventory levels are appropriate, and equipment is working properly
- Comply with company and franchise standards of operation procedures, as well as those of all applicable regulatory agencies, and ensure daily that all products are prepared and presented in accordance with brand or company standards
