Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited culinary institution preferred
  • Experience operating a successful restaurant or corporate dining facility
  • SERV Safe certified or ability to become SERV Safe certified
  • Passion for customer service

  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Monitor kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for employees and guests
  • Ensure workplace safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs are followed daily
  • Enforce food safety guidelines, policies, and SOPs in daily operations
  • Adhere to menu guidelines, policies, and SOPs across all meal periods
  • Accurately label products according to labeling SOPs
  • Follow all HACCP guidelines, policies, and SOPs daily
  • Maintain consistent passing scores on internal audits and address corrective actions promptly
