The Executive Chef at Sinceri Senior Living plays a crucial role in the senior living community by overseeing all culinary operations. Job Duties

  • Plan, develop, and execute seasonal menus that meet residents' nutritional needs and comply with state, federal, and company guidelines
  • Ensure all meals are prepared and presented with a focus on quality, taste, texture modification, and visual appeal
  • Accommodate special dietary needs, including therapeutic, modified texture, and physician-ordered diets
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen and dietary staff
  • Maintain food cost controls, inventory management, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health department requirements
  • Oversee and be active in ordering, receiving, storage, and rotation of food and supplies
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and clinical team to support resident wellness and satisfaction
