The role being offered is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing high-volume service operations with a focus on maximizing sales, profitability, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will partner closely with both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) leadership teams to drive financial performance through strong profit and loss management, inventory control, and effective cash flow monitoring. This position requires a hands-on leader who not only manages but actively supports and mentors team members across all stations to maintain consistency, foster growth, and uphold the highest standards of quality and food presentation. A significant part of the role includes conducting regular line checks, facility inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations such as EcoSure and Health inspections to guarantee a safe and compliant kitchen environment.

The candidate will also be responsible for managing the hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management processes in partnership with the General Manager. This leadership role emphasizes coaching and mentoring to create clear pathways for growth among managers and hourly team members. Success in this position requires navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure environment of a full-service restaurant while maintaining grace and professionalism in handling last-minute requests and dynamic operational challenges.

True Food Kitchen offers a competitive compensation package including flexible paid time off, a long-term incentive bonus plan, health and wellness benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and additional perks such as pet insurance, gym membership discounts, and 401(k) matching. This position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant manager passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences to join a company that prioritizes its employees' well-being and career development.
