- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
- Availability to work 50 hours per week including nights and weekends reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry

Job Duties
- Oversee the execution and continual development of the menu ensuring each dish meets high standards of quality and innovation
- Maintain and refine recipes manage inventory and oversee food ordering to ensure efficiency and sustainability
- Develop monthly specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase culinary creativity
- Curate and lead culinary events that engage and delight guests enhancing their dining experience
- Train and mentor kitchen staff fostering a culture of collaboration professionalism and passion for culinary arts
