We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team with creativity, leadership, and a passion for delivering extraordinary dining experiences. This leadership role offers a prime opportunity to be at the forefront of the culinary scene, crafting unforgettable dishes infused with both innovation and tradition. The Executive Chef will oversee menu development, refine recipes, manage inventory, and lead food ordering procedures to ensure efficiency and sustainability. This role also champions the creation of monthly specials that highlight seasonal ingredients, providing guests with fresh and dynamic options.

Furthermore, the Executive Chef will curate and lead culinary events designed to engage and delight guests, enhancing their overall dining journey at Harper's. Training and mentoring kitchen staff is a key component of the position, fostering a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and a relentless passion for the culinary arts. Ideal candidates will bring at least 10 years of culinary experience, with a strong preference for leadership roles in fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environments, coupled with a culinary degree or equivalent experience. Leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively are essential, as is the availability to work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends, reflecting the vibrant nature of the restaurant industry.
