  • Availability to work 50 hours per week including nights and weekends reflecting the dynamic nature of the restaurant industry

Job Duties

  • Oversee the execution and continual development of the menu ensuring each dish meets high standards of quality and innovation
  • Maintain and refine recipes manage inventory and oversee food ordering to ensure efficiency and sustainability
  • Develop monthly specials that highlight seasonal ingredients and showcase culinary creativity
  • Curate and lead culinary events that engage and delight guests enhancing their dining experience
