As an Executive Chef at Culinary Dropout, you will utilize your expertise gained from over five years of high-volume restaurant management experience to manage shifts, oversee scheduling, and make decisive operational decisions. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing team members, fostering leadership that inspires and motivates.

Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and digital reservation platforms such as OpenTable is necessary to manage on-the-fly requests seamlessly.
