Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in kitchen management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creativity in culinary arts
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs

- Proven experience in kitchen management and culinary arts

- Culinary innovation and creativity in menu planning and dish development
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control

Job Duties
- Oversee all kitchen operations, enforce food safety and sanitation standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Design menus and create new dishes, ensuring quality and consistency in presentation and taste
- Stay updated on culinary trends to innovate the menu
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage all kitchen staff including line cooks, sous chefs, and assistants
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Manage the kitchen budget, control food costs, oversee inventory, and place orders for food and supplies
