The Culinary Manager role at Topgolf is designed for seasoned professionals passionate about culinary excellence and team leadership. The Culinary Manager will be responsible for coaching and developing team members, driving associate engagement, and delegating tasks to ensure seamless kitchen operations. In addition, the role requires active management of inventory, food and labor costs with a thorough understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), and maintaining consistent quality through standardized recipes.

The Culinary Manager will also innovate by selecting and developing recipes approved by corporate, establishing presentation techniques, and planning menus for special events or chef choice offerings. Ensuring kitchen safety, sanitation, and proper equipment maintenance are key to maintaining high standards and regulatory compliance. Effective communication with upper management, Home Office Leadership, and vendors is essential for responding to business opportunities and aligning culinary operations with broader organizational goals.

This position demands a leader with a minimum of eight years of experience in culinary management, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while standing and being physically active during shifts. The manager must be able to lift heavy items, work in high temperatures, and engage energetically with their team. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years in culinary management
  • Proven ability to develop a culinary team
  • Bachelor’s degree or related culinary degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lb
  • Ability to stoop and bend
  • Ability to work in high-temperature conditions up to 100 degrees for extended periods of time
