The Executive Chef position at Solette Seattle is an exceptional opportunity for culinary leaders passionate about pushing creative boundaries and delivering extraordinary dining experiences. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year and involves comprehensive responsibilities that extend beyond traditional kitchen management. The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations, lead and inspire the kitchen team, and play a pivotal role in designing and executing seasonal menus that align with the restaurant’s goals and the diverse preferences of its clientele.
This role demands a leader who can maintain the highest culinary standards, source premium ingredients, and ensure consistent food quality and presentation. The Executive Chef will work in close partnership with the General Manager to maintain operational efficiency and maximize guest satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining recipes and culinary techniques, managing kitchen staff performance, coordinating scheduling and inventory within budget constraints, and upholding stringent cleanliness and safety standards.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality driven, high volume kitchen
- Culinary diploma or equivalent in experience strongly preferred
- Team oriented and positive attitude
- Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
