Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or related field
- minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- prior experience in healthcare culinary operations is highly desirable
- strong understanding of nutritional standards and dietary restrictions
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent interpersonal skills
- proficiency with kitchen management software and inventory control
