The company is deeply committed to helping its clients grow their brands through superior food service, transparency in operations, and authentic hospitality. At its core, Three Oaks believes that when their clients flourish, the residents and staff within those communities also thrive. Their foundational values—integrity, purpose, and transparency—guide every aspect of their work, from sourcing and food preparation to communication and pricing.

The candidate will also have direct input in financial management, working closely with leadership teams to analyze sales and meal counts to balance fiscal responsibility with resident satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating with food and beverage departments, managing food costs, facilitating food council meetings to tailor menus, implementing training programs, and using advanced culinary skills and production software in day-to-day activities. This position also requires supervising kitchen staff, maintaining strict sanitary protocols, and championing a positive and professional work environment.
