Currently, Anthony Scotto Restaurants is seeking an Executive Chef for one of their fine dining venues. This role is pivotal in upholding the high standards for which the brand is known. The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team with passion and professionalism, overseeing kitchen operations to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with all Department of Health regulations. The successful candidate will be charged with managing product purchasing, maintaining the culinary budget, and creating a diverse and exciting menu that reflects innovative culinary trends while honoring the venue's concept. Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years culinary management experience in fine dining high-volume restaurant
- ability to lead and innovate in the culinary field
- strong leadership and communication skills
- capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
