Specializing in custom solutions, LifeWorks strives to transform traditional amenities into exceptional sensory experiences that enhance company culture and employee engagement. This forward-thinking organization collaborates closely with clients from the initial stages of space design to the marketing of final branded food products, ensuring transparency and partnership at every level. LifeWorks operates high-energy, high-volume cafes that serve fresh, from-scratch meals, catering to a variety of clients who demand excellence in every bite.
The role of Executive Chef at LifeWorks Restaurant Group offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a bustling corporate dining operation within a supportive and collaborative environment. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire culinary operation of a high-volume cafe, ensuring that every dish meets the company's rigorous quality and presentation standards. This position requires hands-on culinary expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage a diverse team of culinary professionals. The ideal candidate will bring a deep passion for food innovation and culinary excellence while maintaining strict adherence to food safety and quality assurance standards.
In this role, you will not only create and prepare delicious meals in large batches but also develop and implement culinary strategies that align with LifeWorks and Aramark’s commitment to sustainable practices, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include supervising and coaching a team of chef managers and hourly staff, fostering a positive workplace culture that encourages growth and continuous learning. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating your team, improving culinary production processes, and driving operational efficiencies to achieve labor and food cost targets.
The Executive Chef position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, reflecting the importance and responsibility of this leadership role within the organization. In addition to a rewarding salary, Aramark offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans like 401(k), paid parental leave, disability coverage, and other work-life resources. These benefits support employee well-being and professional growth while reinforcing Aramark’s commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusivity within the workplace.
Joining LifeWorks means you will become part of a global leader in food services, serving millions of customers daily across 15 countries. The company’s mission is rooted in service and a dedication to doing great things for partners, communities, and the planet. With a strong foundation in ethical practices and equal employment opportunity, Aramark fosters an environment where employees can thrive personally and professionally. This role provides not only a platform to showcase your culinary expertise but also a chance to contribute to a visionary team that values innovation and excellence in every aspect of its operations.
As Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring that each meal served reflects the company’s high standards for taste, presentation, and safety. Your ability to understand supply chain processes, manage food inventory, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations will be essential to your success. By consistently focusing on margin improvement and operational efficiency, you will help LifeWorks exceed client expectations and uphold its reputation for delivering outstanding culinary services.
