Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent level of experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive chef
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
  • High volume restaurant experience required
  • Prior experience leading large high-performing kitchen teams

Job Duties

  • Oversee and execute a variety of dinner shifts throughout the week
  • Ensure staffing levels are maintained and adjusted to meet and exceed guest needs
  • Hire, train, motivate, and schedule kitchen staff
  • Provide direction to team members by coaching, counseling, and providing feedback on job performance
  • Lead and coordinate a high-performing kitchen team consisting of 20-25 stewards per shift
