- At least six years of progressive culinary experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
- Experience with budget statements
- Ability to work full-time onsite in San Francisco California
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation

Job Duties
- Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process including purchasing food specifications meal preparation service and sanitation
- Developing standardized recipes and utilizing production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
- Participating in the planning and execution of special events
- Managing kitchen staff and scheduling to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with management to create seasonal menus and promotional offerings
