Job Requirements

  • At least six years of progressive culinary experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software programs
  • Experience with budget statements
  • Ability to work full-time onsite in San Francisco California
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and sanitation

Job Duties

  • Supervising the quality standards and practices of the food production process including purchasing food specifications meal preparation service and sanitation
  • Developing standardized recipes and utilizing production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives are met
  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Managing kitchen staff and scheduling to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
  • Collaborating with management to create seasonal menus and promotional offerings
