Job Duties

  • Participating in the planning and execution of special events
  • Managing kitchen staff and providing training to uphold food safety and quality standards
  • Monitoring inventory and controlling food costs to align with budget statements
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to tailor menus to specific dietary needs
