Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- Strong foundational skills across all areas of professional cookery
- Proven leadership ability
- Knowledge of contemporary food trends and techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing
