Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
- Strong foundational skills across all areas of professional cookery
- Proven leadership ability
- Knowledge of contemporary food trends and techniques
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to sustainability and responsible sourcing

Job Duties
- Lead daily culinary operations ensuring exceptional craft flavor and presentation
- Support menu development with fresh seasonal local and globally inspired offerings
- Uphold the highest standards of food safety sanitation and kitchen organization
- Mentor and develop culinary team members fostering creativity accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner with the Executive Chef and hospitality leaders to deliver a seamless guest-focused experience
- Contribute to recipe development tastings and innovation sessions that elevate the program
