Job Description

Sodexo Corporate Services is a global leader in providing quality food service, facilities management, and integrated solutions to a diverse range of clients. Operating in the Lehigh Valley PA area, Sodexo delivers exceptional dining experiences within corporate environments by combining innovative culinary concepts with operational excellence. Their commitment to sustainability, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement has positioned them as one of the most respected hospitality and food service organizations in the world. The company places a high value on creativity, growth, and diversity, fostering an inclusive culture where all employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the team’s success.

The role of Executive Chef within Sodexo’s Corporate Services division offers a unique opportunity for culinary professionals eager to lead and innovate in fast-paced corporate dining settings. Unlike a traditional job posting tied to a single location or position, this opportunity presents a pathway to join a culinary talent community—connecting with Sodexo and being considered for multiple executive chef openings across corporate dining accounts in the Lehigh Valley PA region. This dynamic position involves overseeing a varied portfolio of food service operations including corporate cafés, micro-markets, office coffee services, and catering programs.

Executive Chefs at Sodexo are entrusted with designing inspired menus that resonate with diverse corporate guests, leading and mentoring culinary teams, managing kitchen operations efficiently, and ensuring superior catering production for executive and client events. This role is ideal for culinary leaders who are passionate about excellence, crave creative freedom, and thrive in environments that value innovation and collaboration. Sodexo provides a supportive culture that champions sustainability, cutting-edge dining trends, and extraordinary guest experiences, enabling chefs to elevate their culinary vision while impacting the dining experiences of a broad clientele.

Sodexo’s Executive Chefs benefit from a predominantly Monday through Friday schedule with occasional evenings and no weekends, promoting work-life balance. Compensation is competitive and tailored to candidates based on their experience, skills, education, and training. Alongside a fair salary, Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support well-being and professional growth, including medical, dental, and vision care, retirement savings plans with company matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement programs.

Joining Sodexo means becoming part of a company dedicated not only to culinary excellence but also to creating a better everyday for all. Sodexo is committed to diversity and inclusion, ensuring every employee is respected and valued, with an emphasis on equal opportunity employment. This executive chef opportunity represents a chance to be at the forefront of culinary innovation within a globally recognized leader in hospitality services, driving memorable dining experiences and advancing your career in a supportive and empowering environment.
