Job Duties
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of food service operations including corporate cafés, micro-markets, office coffee services, and catering programs
- Design and execute inspired menu offerings that delight guests
- Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team of cooks
- Oversee ordering, inventory, and kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
- Drive exceptional catering production for executive and client events
- Foster a culture of creativity, safety, and high-quality service
