This role requires not only strong technical culinary skills in areas such as sauces, butchery, garde manger, pastry, and global cuisines but also excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Compensation is competitive and equitable, determined by your education and years of relevant experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision care, a 401(k) plan with matching contributions, paid time off, and career growth opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Sodexo embraces diversity and inclusion, promoting a respectful workplace where all employees can be themselves and contribute their ideas meaningfully.
