Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants fast food vending catering services institutional services or mall food courts
  • Strong foundational skills in professional cookery including sauces butchery garde manger pastry and global cuisines
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Deep knowledge of food trends techniques and ingredients
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Commitment to sustainability seasonality and responsible sourcing

Job Duties

  • Lead daily culinary operations ensuring every dish reflects exceptional craft flavor and presentation
  • Support menu development with fresh seasonal local and globally inspired offerings
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety sanitation and kitchen organization
  • Mentor and develop culinary team members fostering creativity accountability and continuous improvement
  • Partner with the Executive Chef and hospitality leaders to deliver a seamless guest-focused experience
  • Contribute to recipe development tastings and innovation sessions that elevate the program
