In this role, the Executive Chef 1 will be responsible for implementing and standardizing culinary systems and procedures within the hospital setting. This includes ensuring food and physical safety standards are met, overseeing annual training programs for hourly associates, managing procurement and purchasing, and designing menus tailored to the unique needs of clients. The Executive Chef will spearhead innovative initiatives across retail dining, catering, and patient services, fostering creativity and freshness in all culinary offerings.
