Job Description
This position is with a well-established casino offering a dynamic and engaging environment dedicated to providing premier gaming and hospitality experiences. The casino is recognized for its wide range of gaming options including both slot and table games, appealing to a diverse clientele from casual players to high-limit patrons. The company prides itself on maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance while fostering a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. As a key player in the gaming and entertainment industry, the casino continually invests in advanced player tracking systems and comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain valued guests, especially in the high-limit segment.
The Executive Casino Host role is integral to the casino's efforts in delivering personalized service and building long-term relationships with mid- to high-limit players. As an Executive Casino Host, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating programs aimed at attracting these valued guests and ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This role demands a fluent command of both English and Vietnamese languages to effectively communicate with a diverse guest base and deliver exceptional service.
You will maintain strong relationships with gaming patrons, market the casino's products and amenities, and participate actively in social events and special promotions. Your role will include tracking guest visits, arranging accommodations, and providing complimentary services according to established guidelines to enhance the overall player experience. You will also be responsible for issuing Player's Services cards, promoting reward programs, and increasing gaming revenues through targeted guest development strategies.
Additionally, the Executive Casino Host plays a crucial role in protecting guest rewards and credit lines while efficiently resolving complaints and discrepancies. You will organize special services involving food, beverages, transportation, cross-property events, and exclusive player programs to ensure guests receive the highest level of personalized service. The position also involves selling and promoting the property using strategic offers, amenities, and special events to drive visits and enhance player engagement.
This role requires an individual with excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You will frequently review activity reports and financial statements to monitor progress and adjust strategies accordingly. Representing the company at VIP events and maintaining a high profile among players during peak times are vital aspects of the job. Furthermore, the Executive Casino Host will be a company spokesperson at various events and promotions both on and off the property.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all gaming machines, player tracking systems, promotions, entertainment, and general property information is essential for staying competitive in the market. You will also keep informed of competitors' promotions to adjust the casino's marketing tactics. The position requires attendance at necessary meetings and performing other assigned tasks as needed.
This full-time role requires an individual who is at least 21 years old and holds a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Prior experience of at least five years as an Executive Host in a large-scale gaming operation with offerings of both slot and table games is necessary. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of player tracking systems and complimentary guidelines consistent with industry standards, alongside an established player following. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong guest relations skills are also required. The ability to sell, serve, or distribute alcoholic beverages and the authority to grant complimentary services form part of the essential responsibilities. The position mandates a valid California Gaming License and compliance with the Wilton Rancheria Gaming Commission regulations.
