Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in banquet or large scale culinary operations
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health safety and sanitation
- Proficiency in managing food costs and budgeting
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in banquet culinary operations leadership

Job Duties
- Lead banquet culinary operations by overseeing preparation and production of food for events ensuring high standards of food quality presentation cost controls and profitability
- Drive culinary excellence by selecting high quality ingredients upholding presentation standards and ensuring consistency in dish execution
- Assist in menu development incorporating seasonal and creative elements to enhance banquet dining experience
- Collaborate with Catering and Events teams by reviewing Banquet Event Orders to execute customized menus exceeding client expectations
- Manage financial performance through cost control budget monitoring and efficient production planning
- Inspire and develop culinary team by supervising supporting monitoring performance and fostering a positive work environment
- Uphold regulatory compliance by maintaining health safety sanitation and alcohol awareness standards ensuring guest and team wellbeing
