The company operates across various financial sectors and emphasizes the importance of innovative thinking and responsible management. With a commitment to diversity and inclusion, Macquarie fosters a supportive environment where different perspectives and experiences are valued and respected. Employees have access to numerous learning and development opportunities, and the organization provides flexible and hybrid working arrangements depending on the role.
In this Senior Executive Assistant role based in the New York office, you will support senior leaders within the Client Solutions Group, specifically a director in Asset Management. The position offers exposure to a wide range of business activities, demanding exceptional time management, a confident and proactive approach, and outstanding communication skills. While the company embraces hybrid working, this particular role requires attendance at the office three days per week. Your key responsibilities will involve complex calendar management, expense and invoice processing through Coupa, and extensive travel coordination for both domestic and international trips. Additionally, the role includes opportunities to manage ad-hoc projects, providing a dynamic work experience.
This role is ideal for someone with a minimum of seven years of experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrative lead supporting executives or senior managers. You will be expected to demonstrate high levels of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing deadlines effectively. Proficiency in tools such as Concur, Coupa, Salesforce, and advanced Microsoft Office applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is essential. With a salary range between $90,000 and $115,000 per year, compensation will vary based on experience, performance, and other factors. Additional potential includes eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
Working at Macquarie also means benefitting from a generous package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and work-life balance, including wellbeing leave, parental leave, volunteer leave, and comprehensive insurance plans. The company actively promotes inclusion and provides reasonable accommodations throughout the recruitment process and employment to ensure every individual has an equal opportunity to succeed.
