Job Duties

  • Provide comprehensive travel coordination including booking arrangements preparing itineraries and traveling with the principal as needed
  • Travel in advance to the principal’s properties to ensure readiness for upcoming visits
  • Manage email inbox with discretion and efficiency ensuring timely follow-up and prioritization
  • Oversee calendar management scheduling and coordination of personal household and business-related appointments
  • Partner with high-level executives and external stakeholders on behalf of the principal ensuring seamless communication and follow-through
  • Manage social media platforms draft content and monitor engagement as requested
  • Plan and execute events from intimate gatherings to larger-scale functions
  • Handle personal errands online shopping and returns with attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the principal’s wife’s assistant on larger family projects and initiatives
  • Support household operations including setup organization and maintenance of detailed inventories
  • Liaise with household staff to coordinate day-to-day activities and ensure smooth functioning of residences
  • This position requires up to 25% travel
