Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • active TS/SCI clearance with a current T5/SSBI and enrollment in Continuous Evaluation
  • experience managing data and file systems, including building shared drives and folder structures
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • experience supporting high-level or executive-grade customers
  • strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Job Duties

  • Provide general administrative, clerical, and executive support to program leadership
  • coordinate office inspections, maintain conference room readiness, and manage electronic filing systems
  • schedule and arrange meetings, compile and proof reports, and research requested information
  • transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, and manage office supply orders
  • respond to customer inquiries, answer phones, and support day-to-day office operations
  • handle sensitive data and provide information critical to program office functions
