Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- active TS/SCI clearance with a current T5/SSBI and enrollment in Continuous Evaluation
- experience managing data and file systems, including building shared drives and folder structures
- proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- experience supporting high-level or executive-grade customers
- strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Provide general administrative, clerical, and executive support to program leadership
- coordinate office inspections, maintain conference room readiness, and manage electronic filing systems
- schedule and arrange meetings, compile and proof reports, and research requested information
- transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, and manage office supply orders
- respond to customer inquiries, answer phones, and support day-to-day office operations
- handle sensitive data and provide information critical to program office functions
