The Executive Assistant role within the MCGT team offers a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to act as a trusted partner to senior leaders. This position requires delivering high-level executive support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and effective stakeholder engagement. The role plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, coordinating meetings, supporting deal-related activities, and maintaining smooth day-to-day workflows within a challenging and fast-moving business context.
Candidates will be required to work primarily from the office for four days a week, embracing Macquarie's hybrid work model while fostering in-person collaboration crucial for the role's demands. The salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, with variations depending on experience, previous performance, and geographic location. In addition, the role offers eligibility for discretionary annual incentive compensation awards, reflecting Macquarie’s philosophy of rewarding high performance.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years executive assistant experience
- Demonstrated capability in complex calendar and travel management
- Strong operational and administrative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work four days per week in office location
- Detail-oriented and able to manage financial compliance
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively

Job Duties
- Provide high-level executive support including calendar management and meeting coordination

- Support the preparation of agendas, reports, and presentation materials for senior leadership
- Manage inboxes, draft professional communications, and track deliverables to maintain efficient business operations
- Handle expenses, invoices, and reimbursements accurately ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial standards
