We are currently seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support our CEO and President. As an Executive Assistant at Kolbe Corp, you will be instrumental in transforming great ideas into actionable results. Your responsibilities will be wide-ranging, requiring you to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. You will be the organizational wizard who manages complex calendars, creates detailed systems to track progress, and ensures that all operations run smoothly. Anticipation and proactive planning are essential, as you will need to foresee possible roadblocks and prepare to tackle them efficiently to set the leadership team up for success. Being comfortable with technology and adaptive to new tools will help you excel, along with having a servant’s heart to support your team and a manager’s mindset to oversee critical projects and deliver exceptional meeting and event experiences.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year and provides a variety of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, long-term disability coverage, a 401(k) plan with profit-sharing, paid vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, and the flexibility of a hybrid workplace based in Phoenix, Arizona. Our office is located at 2398 E Camelback, Phoenix, AZ 85016, and the role requires a willingness to commute 3-5 days per week.
