The role offered is that of an Executive Assistant, a pivotal position within Boldly’s long-term client partnerships. The position is full-time and fully remote, requiring availability for 40 hours a week during regular business hours with no night or weekend shifts. Executive Assistants at Boldly support senior executives, often from Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, and successful business leaders. They select clients aligned with their values and preferences, enabling meaningful engagement across various industries. The job demands a high level of organization, exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multifaceted administrative responsibilities. Tasks include managing calendars and appointments, coordinating complex meetings and travel itineraries, handling correspondence, managing multiple email inboxes, and overseeing expenses, as well as providing customer and supplier support. Job Requirements
- 7 years of direct hands-on experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant supporting more than one executive
- advanced knowledge of Google Workspace, Office 365, and Zoom
- ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- strong communication and writing abilities
- self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- proactive and solution-oriented approach
Job Qualifications
- a minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant supporting multiple high-level executives
- advanced knowledge of online productivity software like Google Workspace, Office 365, and Zoom

Job Duties
- maintaining appointment schedules and calendars
- planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel
- making travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings
- maximizing the executive’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence
- drafting letters and documents
- collecting and analyzing information
- initiating phone calls on their behalf
- managing multiple email inboxes for executives
- managing expenses
- providing customer/supplier support
- other executive admin responsibilities as needed
