- 7-12 years of culinary experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in high-volume, upscale or polished casual dining
- Expertise in seafood and shellfish preparation preferred
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Ability to manage costs, operations, and people effectively
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Culinary degree preferred
- ServSafe certification required

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop Sous Chefs and kitchen team members
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and quality
- Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Manage food and labor costs, including inventory and ordering
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
- Step in to lead all Heart of House operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a hospitality-first mindset
- Drive team engagement, accountability, and a culture of excellence
