The Executive Sous Chef role at Legal Sea Foods plays a pivotal leadership position within the Heart of House (HOH) operations. In the absence of the Executive Chef, you will step in to lead all Heart of House activities, demonstrating capacity for high-level decision-making and leadership.

- Strong background in high-volume, upscale or polished casual dining
- Expertise in seafood and shellfish preparation preferred
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills

- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Culinary degree preferred
- ServSafe certification required
