Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years culinary experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Food manager certification
  • Knowledge of food safety laws and regulations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local food safety regulations
  • Experience in high-volume banquet and fast-paced environments

Job Duties

  • Oversee and direct kitchen associates
  • Ensure food quality standards are met
  • Establish and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Control inventory levels efficiently
  • Manage food and labor costs effectively
  • Collaborate on menu design and development
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety laws and regulations
