The RSS’s primary mission is to translate corporate education strategies into actionable daily field behaviors by coaching teams on sophisticated selling techniques, immersive brand storytelling, and contemporary customer relationship management (CRM) practices.\n\nSpending time on the sales floor, conducting hands-on training sessions, orchestrating experiential regional events, and championing digital influence are key facets of this role. The RSS ensures that field teams deliver an outstanding and customer-centric retail experience that not only elevates the brand image but also drives client loyalty and consistently surpasses regional sales targets. Additionally, this position requires a professional to act as a digital advocate, sharing curated branded content both in-store and online to amplify brand recognition and engage clients through social media platforms.\n\nCandidates for this role can expect to engage extensively with various stakeholders including Account Executives, Regional Sales Directors, and Education Executives to coordinate regional priorities, optimize Beauty Advisor involvement, and address localized business challenges effectively. Job Requirements
- 3+ years of retail sales and education experience in the luxury beauty, fragrance, or department store sector
- Proven ability to train and motivate diverse, multi-brand teams, translating education curriculum into active, high-performing sales behaviors
- Strong understanding of retail business drivers, inventory support tools, and retail CRM systems
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing consumer events, masterclasses, and customized client services
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
- Multi-lingual capabilities are a strong asset
- Confident utilizing social media professionally to drive brand awareness and digital client acquisition
- Ability to travel regularly across the assigned region
- Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods
- Must be able to walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on a regular basis

Job Duties
- Train, upskill, and mentor store teams, Beauty Advisors, and freelancers across all brands on elevated selling techniques, fragrance structures, product collections, and brand heritage
- Attend seasonal seminars hosted by Education Executives and systematically reinforce those learnings in the field, converting classroom education into daily sales behaviors
- Coach specialized roles such as the Fragrance Concierge on maximizing the return on investment of samples, tester units, and other promotional field tools
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors to optimize Beauty Advisor involvement, align on key regional priorities, and tackle localized business challenges
- Master each retailer's unique CRM platform, execute proactive client outreach, and coach field teams daily on data capture, client retention, and increasing repeat purchase rates
- Deliver superior, high-touch luxury service on a daily basis, serving as the benchmark for regional teams in creating a welcoming, unique, and customer-centric environment
- Design, plan, and host regular retail events, ranging from weekly/monthly group masterclasses to highly customized, private one-on-one fragrance consultations
- Act as a brand advocate both offline (at the store level) and online (via social media), sharing curated content to build brand awareness, highlight product launches, and foster digital client outreach
