Aramark is currently hiring a Custodial Service Worker for their facility at Baylor Scott and White Temple. This position involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas to meet or exceed customer, client, and patient satisfaction standards. The role operates on a rotating weekend schedule, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Custodial Service Worker plays a vital role in the overall health and safety of the facility by adhering to OSHA guidelines and other applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations. Duties include thorough cleaning of patient rooms, restrooms, and other areas, managing waste disposal accurately, maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring the security of the building and company assets.

This position demands a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to following infection control procedures critical to maintaining a safe healthcare environment. The role may also require physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing. Employees are expected to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment as necessary.
