Additionally, the worker is tasked with cleaning restrooms following proper infection control procedures to help maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

Other key duties include maintaining and cleaning housekeeping equipment, adhering to company and client standards when cleaning assigned areas, and properly managing the storage and disposal of trash by transporting it to designated areas. The EVS Worker plays a critical role in reporting maintenance concerns by submitting work order requests, which help ensure that facilities remain in good repair and operate efficiently. Remain secured is also a responsibility, as the role requires ensuring buildings are locked or unlocked as necessary and protecting company assets throughout the shift.

This role demands a high level of customer service as the EVS Worker interacts regularly with clients, patients, co-workers, and customers, demonstrating a friendly, efficient, and positive demeanor. Flexibility and adaptability to meet ever-changing customer needs and client requirements are essential for success in this position. Aramark encourages employees to continuously develop new skills and take initiative to engage in the dynamic nature of the work. The job may include physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing, and may require the use of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety and compliance with policies.

Overall, the EVS Worker at Aramark serves as a vital member of the facilities management team, contributing directly to health and safety standards that impact the well-being of patients, residents, and clients.
