Job Requirements
- Ability to understand written English
- Must comply with all company and departmental rules, policies and procedures
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Must possess knowledge of equipment use and cleaning
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work in noisy and crowded environments
- Mobility including bending, reaching, standing and walking for extended periods
- Normal senses of smell, touch, sound and vision
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Work in variable temperature conditions
- May be exposed to smoke and moderate noise
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand written English to read caution signs, safety notices, chemicals and supervisors instructions
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests
- Knowledge of the use, cleaning and breakdown of equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in all public areas, restrooms and back of the house areas including vacuuming, dust mopping, cleaning slot machines, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning ashtrays and offices
- Adhere to all appropriate safety precautions including the use of equipment and protective attire and report hazards
- Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and kept clean
- Report needed repairs for equipment and facilities promptly
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and assist guests with directions and services within the Resort/Casino
- Exemplify core values, family style service, mission and vision

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
