The role focuses on maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout all public areas of the resort and casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning duties including vacuuming carpets, dust mopping hard surfaces, cleaning slot machines and gaming banks, mopping hard floors, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring restrooms and other facility areas are spotless and well-stocked with necessary supplies. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented with the ability to recognize and respond promptly to any repair needs or safety concerns. Candidates must adhere to all safety protocols, using equipment and cleaning chemicals correctly and wearing protective attire as necessary. The position demands excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests, supervisors, and fellow staff members. Maintaining a positive and approachable attitude is essential to assist guests with directions and information about available services, enhancing the overall guest experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to understand written English to read caution signs, safety notices, chemicals, and supervisor instructions
- ability to comply with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
- skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- knowledge of use, cleaning, and breakdown of equipment
- mobility including bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, lifting items from floor to six feet high
- normal sense of smell, touch, sound, and vision range
- eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity

Job Duties
- Perform cleaning duties in all public areas including restrooms and back of house
- adhere to all safety precautions including proper use of equipment and protective attire
- report accidents and safety problems to supervisor immediately
- notify guests and employees of safety hazards by placing proper signage
- ensure chemicals are properly dispensed and labeled
- ensure all equipment is functioning properly and kept clean
- promptly report any needed repairs
- maintain a high standard of customer service and assist guests with directions and services within the resort
- exemplify core values, family style service, mission and vision

- perform other job-related duties as assigned
