This supervisory position is responsible for ensuring that all assigned areas are thoroughly cleaned and well maintained according to the company’s established standards, particularly during the graveyard shift. The pay for this role starts at $21.00 per hour, reflecting the importance of the job and the skills required. The role demands strong leadership in coordinating daily operations, inspecting preventative maintenance efforts, managing work orders with the Facilities Department, and training new hires to meet all safety and procedural guidelines.
This position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced, high-volume environment typical of a resort casino. The supervisor must demonstrate a thorough working knowledge of all chemicals and equipment used, ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by obtaining the OSHA 10 Certification, and maintain clear communications within the department. Working as an Environmental Services Supervisor at WarHorse Gaming offers a unique opportunity to grow within a dynamic hospitality company that values employee contributions and offers comprehensive benefits including federal employee medical coverage, full insurance options, 401K with immediate vesting and company match, quarterly incentives, paid vacation, holiday, and sick days, along with a discounted meal program. Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, the position requires flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work varied shifts as needed by the business.
