The EVS (Environmental Services) Worker position at Aramark is focused on providing thorough cleaning and maintenance services in assigned areas to ensure the highest levels of customer, client, and patient satisfaction. This is a vital role contributing to creating safe and sanitary environments, especially in healthcare or similar facilities, where infection control and adherence to regulatory standards such as OSHA are critical. The position follows a morning shift schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., five days a week, including scheduled work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Compensation is competitive, offering an hourly rate of $18.98.

In this role, the EVS Worker performs various sanitation tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, bed making, waste removal, restroom cleaning following infection control protocols, and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. The employee ensures strict compliance with safety regulations and company standards, reports maintenance concerns appropriately, and helps secure the facility by locking and unlocking as required. Strong customer service skills and adaptability to the needs of customers, clients, patients, and coworkers are essential. This position often involves physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking or standing, and may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms.
