The Housekeeper plays a crucial role at America's Rehab Campus by ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained in a clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming condition. This position is vital in supporting the health, safety, and comfort of clients, visitors, and staff members by performing routine cleaning and disinfecting tasks according to the organization's standards, infection control guidelines, and regulatory requirements. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning client rooms, offices, common areas, restrooms, and other designated spaces, using proper cleaning methods and materials to ensure a hygienic environment.

In addition to routine cleaning duties, the Housekeeper monitors facility cleanliness continuously, addresses housekeeping concerns promptly, and assists with room turnovers for admissions and discharges. Furthermore, the Housekeeper supports special cleaning projects as assigned and complies fully with company policies and regulatory standards. This employment opportunity emphasizes the importance of maintaining professional interactions and requires participation in required trainings, meetings, and in-services to stay updated with best practices.

The role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare setting. Physical stamina is essential due to the nature of the job, which involves standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling cleaning equipment. America's Rehab Campus seeks candidates who are knowledgeable about sanitation, infection control, and safety procedures and who can effectively communicate with clients, staff, and visitors.

Overall, this Housekeeper position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the well-being of individuals undergoing treatment at America's Rehab Campus.
