The Environmental Services (EVS) Heavy Duty Porter role at WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC is a full-time position on the graveyard shift, offering a competitive salary starting at $17.50 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the gaming property. The Heavy Duty Porter performs a range of specialized cleaning duties designed to uphold high standards of hygiene and facility maintenance. Responsibilities include the use of various cleaning products, tools, and machinery to sanitize guest areas, offices, and back-of-house locations. The role demands a strong focus on detail, ensuring that high-traffic areas and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and maintained, often during post-closing hours. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and operate cleaning machines safely. Additionally, the Heavy Duty Porter supports department safety protocols, helps train new staff, and reports any maintenance or safety issues promptly.

Work is physically demanding and entails exposure to varying environmental conditions, including temperature changes, noise, and chemical agents. Duties require frequent physical activity such as lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior custodial or related cleaning experience preferred. Hospitality or resort cleaning experience is considered a strong asset. The role requires compliance with company safety standards, the ability to obtain OSHA 10 certification, and maintaining a valid driver's license. Working the graveyard shift means flexibility is necessary, with shifts covering evenings, weekends, holidays, and potentially extended hours based on property needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable career in a mission-driven, tribal-owned company that values community impact, innovation, and professional growth.
