Caesars Entertainment is a world-renowned leader in the hospitality and gaming industry, known for creating extraordinary and immersive experiences for guests across its expansive portfolio of resorts and casinos. With a strong commitment to delivering excellence, Caesars embodies a mission to 'Create the Extraordinary' and fosters a culture built on the values of blazing the trail, working together to win, and being all-in on service. The company emphasizes corporate social responsibility through its People Planet Play framework, dedicated to economic development, enhancing the wellbeing of team members and communities, and sustainable business practices. The Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas, NV is a flagship boutique hotel and casino under the Caesars Entertainment umbrella, celebrated as the Strip's first stand-alone boutique hotel and casino. Featuring unique venues such as the first-ever restaurant by celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis and an exclusive rooftop pool and nightlife by Drai’s, The Vanderpump Hotel offers a sophisticated yet playful atmosphere that redefines the Las Vegas hospitality experience. The hotel's mission is to 'Inspire Grown Ups to Play,' creating an environment where guests and team members alike can connect, relax, and enjoy personalized service in a fun yet refined setting.

As an EVS Floor Manager at The Vanderpump Hotel, you will play a critical role ensuring the cleanliness, upkeep, and maintenance of the entire property, including all buildings, casino floors, hotel areas, and restrooms. As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Environmental Services (EVS) department, including supervising staff, conducting interviews, hiring, training, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional service. Your leadership is essential in fostering a positive, collaborative team environment, setting clear expectations, and holding employees accountable. Managing the department budget and ensuring compliance with safety and emergency procedures also falls under your responsibilities.

You will be instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency by monitoring equipment, utilities, inventory, and consumption while developing programs for energy conservation and workplace safety. Your communication and organizational skills will be crucial as you prepare reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals, and effectively convey information to management, clients, and team members. This role demands a hands-on manager who can lead by example and perform physically when necessary, especially in emergency situations. A background in cleaning with supervisory experience, proficiency in Microsoft software, and successful completion of the Manager LAP are required.
