This job opportunity is for a full-time Environmental Services Team Associate with a night shift schedule (11 pm to 7:30 am) at Banner University Medical Center Tucson’s Environmental Services Department. The role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment for patients, visitors, and staff, playing a critical part in the overall patient experience. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated and close-knit team that values collaboration and has a shared commitment to providing a safe and sanitized environment. This position involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, vacuuming, and polishing in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

The Environmental Services team ensures that infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed to protect everyone in the hospital setting. The role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and includes weekend and holiday rotations, along with a flat rate weekend shift differential and an 18% night shift differential where applicable.
